Parking Waiver

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a parking spot for the event.

I. Introduction

This Parking Waiver Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Participant and Explore Design Ltd, located at 38 City Road East M154QL Manchester. This document serves to exempt, waive, and relieve liabilities, claims, and risks associated with using the parking facilities provided by Explore Design Ltd.

II. Acknowledgment of Risks

The Participant acknowledges that the use of parking facilities and services may involve certain risks and potential hazards, including but not limited to property damage, theft, and unforeseen accidents. By signing this Agreement, the Participant freely assumes these risks for allowing their vehicle to be parked within the premises managed by Explore Design Ltd.

III. Terms and Conditions

The participation of the Participant in the parking services is entirely voluntary. By signing below, the Participant confirms understanding and acceptance of the general conditions applicable to the use of the parking facilities, including any site-specific rules and regulations as communicated by Explore Design Ltd from time to time. The Participant agrees to comply with all such rules and acknowledges that failure to do so may result in termination of the right to use these facilities.

IV. Release and Waiver of Claims

the Participant herein agrees to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Explore Design Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability to the Participant, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any loss or damages, and any claims or demands therefore on account of injury or damage to the vehicle, whether caused by the negligence of Explore Design Ltd or otherwise while the vehicle is stationed at the parking facility.

V. Indemnification

The Participant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Explore Design Ltd from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to the participation of the Participant in the parking services whether caused by the negligence of the Participant or otherwise.

VI. Miscellaneous

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Explore Design Ltd operates without any regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.

VII. Confirmation

BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT AT THE POINT OF PAYMENT OF THE PARKING FEE, THE PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTANDS ITS CONTENTS, THAT HE/SHE IS AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE AND FULLY COMPETENT, AND DULY AUTHORIZES THIS RELEASE BY HIS/HER OWN FREE WILL.
