We need your help
If you cannot ride the event but have some time to spare during the weekend, there will be lots of activities to get involved with!
From setting things up on Friday and welcoming the first arrivals, registrations early on Saturday morning and packing up on Sunday afternoon, there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved and be part of the event: get in touch!

Registration
Meet and greet the riders, direct them to the parking and pitching areas, help with sign-in, breakfast and coffee.

Media
Spot riders on the route, take photos, provide vital updates to dot-watchers at home. Follow the event along the route.

Post-celebrations
Welcoming riders back, distributing food and drink tokens, but also emptying bins, stacking tables, clearing out camp, doing a final sweep of the field. Lots we could use help with!
